Lakeview Property Owners Association

The Property Owner’s Association was formed in 1983 at the current Lakeview Golf Resort and Spa property, near Morgantown, WV.  There are 72 units, in total.  Twenty units are owned full time and 52 units are available for timeshare.  There are four or five units per building, which are located alongside the famous and challenging Lakeview Golf Course.
